Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies specifically targeted to the B2B fintech audience.
- Manage and optimize media budgets across various digital channels, including LinkedIn, industry-specific publications, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and programmatic platforms.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target businesses.
- Negotiate and secure competitive advertising rates with publishers and ad networks.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, CPA, ROI), and identify areas for improvement.
- A/B test ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in B2B digital advertising, particularly within the fintech industry.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Manage relationships with advertising vendors and partners.
- Understand and leverage the nuances of marketing financial products/services, including regulatory considerations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer, with a demonstrable track record of successful B2B campaign management. [5+ years].
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and technologies, especially LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM platforms) to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with B2B marketing, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors, is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with fintech products and services is a plus.
