Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about making an impact in the healthcare industry and thrives in a startup environment. You will be part of a small, horizontal team where everyone touches all aspects of the development process. You will work on a product that involves data processing, AI, advanced web UI, and complex integrations, contributing to both application and infrastructure layers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a B2B web application used by healthcare providers.
• Work on new features and tools, including microservices and cloud-based solutions (AWS).
• Handle data processing, AI integrations, and deployment tasks.
• Participate in short production cycles with frequent releases, ensuring quick delivery to clients.
• Collaborate closely with a small team, taking ownership of tasks across the stack.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a software engineer, ideally in a startup or dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in backend development with frameworks such as Node.js, Python, and React for frontend.
• Experience with deployment tools (e.g., Ansible) and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with complex systems involving multiple services and integrations.
• A “doer” mindset: proactive, hands-on, and eager to tackle challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Hebrew proficiency is required as the team communicates primarily in Hebrew.
