Senior Product Growth Lead

JPEGmini, a flagship product within Beamr (NASDAQ: BMR), is seeking a Senior Product Growth Lead to drive product strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion.

This role combines product leadership with strategic business development to further establish JPEGmini's position as the leading image optimization solution for professional photographers, publishers, and enterprises worldwide.

You'll drive JPEGmini's growth strategy and product evolution while working closely with Beamr's executive team. This role requires someone who thinks like an entrepreneur but executes within a structured organization, turning market opportunities into business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own JPEGmini's growth strategy and business metrics
• Lead product strategy and roadmap development
• Identify and develop new revenue streams and market opportunities
• Drive marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategy
• Build and nurture key customer and partner relationships
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, marketing, and sales teams
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
• Define and track key performance indicators
  
  

• 5+ years experience in senior product management roles OR marketing leadership positions with proven success driving business growth
• Strong track record in both B2B and B2C products
• Experience in developing and executing growth strategies
• Proven success in product marketing and go-to-market initiatives
• Experience working with products of high technological complexity
• Track record of translating customer needs into successful business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
