Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Corporate Lawyer in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) department, International Division, at Lipa Meir & Co. The role includes representing international companies, investment funds, and foreign corporations in acquisition and investment transactions involving Israeli companies. Approximately 70% of the legal work is conducted in English.

Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer  

- Expertise in providing legal advisory for M&A transactions  

- Strong proficiency in English  

- University degree required
