• Degree and/or hands-on experience in filmmaking
• Passion for video and visual content, with a deep understanding of filming techniques
• A strong visual eye and the ability to recognize high-quality footage
• Deep understanding of what makes footage stand out both aesthetically and technically
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies
• Proficiency in professional filmmaking terminology (both technical and aesthetic)
• Ability to professionally analyze video & visual content
• Experience working with artists, labels, or agencies
• Tech-savvy with the ability to analyze data and derive insights
• Fluent English speaker (additional languages are a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and experience in building and maintaining artist relationships
• Strong negotiation skills, contract writing, and organizational abilities
• A team player with a positive attitude
• 1-year experience working in high-tech – advantage
