Animator

Papaya is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a talented Animator who's excited about working in the gaming industry. As an Animator, You will be responsible for crafting and animating visual concepts for in-game features across all our games. You will work closely with an Art director and be part of our amazing Art team.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 2D animations, bringing visual concepts to life with dynamic and engaging motion.
• Collaborate closely with UI designers, illustrators, and other team members to develop and refine in-game animations from initial mockups to final implementation.
• Ensure animations enhance the user experience and align with the game’s artistic vision.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in 2D animation, including advancements in Unity Animator and other industry-standard software.
  
  

• At least 2 years of experience as an animator.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and physical motion.
• Excellent knowledge of Unity - a must.
• Excellent knowledge Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop.
• A strong portfolio showcasing character animation, VFX, cut-out animation, and various animation techniques.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
• The ability to work in a dynamic environment within tight schedules
• Experience with Spine and 3D animation tools – a significant advantage.
