Our marketing team moves fast, and we need someone who can bring order, clarity, and efficiency to our projects. As a Marketing Project Manager, reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating and optimizing marketing initiatives, ensuring cross-functional teams stay aligned, and improving workflows for better execution at scale.

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Own project execution—from planning to launch—across multiple marketing initiatives.

✔️ Align cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and on-time delivery.

✔️ Manage timelines, priorities, and resources while keeping stakeholders informed.

✔️ Improve marketing processes to drive efficiency and scale operations.

✔️ Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and external partners.

✔️ Proactively solve challenges before they impact execution.

✔️ Track and report on progress, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: 3+ years in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a similar role within a high-tech company.

✅ Industry Background (Bonus): Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or a related domain.

✅ Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Tools: Hands-on experience with Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar project management platforms.

✅ Required Knowledge: Understanding of marketing workflows, team coordination, and execution processes in a high-tech environment.

✅ Bonus: Experience with automation tools like Make/Zapier to optimize workflows.
