We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.

The job requires significant experience in development of Java enterprise systems. In this position you will be a key engineer in developing a modern, cutting edge, new Product in the C&I industry.

The job requires deep understating in Java various technologies along with high motivation and willingness to provide high quality product.

A good candidate will be comfortable in a fast-delivery environment, and equally capable of designing complex yet efficient solutions to meet end-user requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
• 5 years' Java experience is a must
• Previous experience as a senior develop
• Profound insight of Java internals (Class-loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc.)
• SQL and data access optimization- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience in the Spring Framework
• Experience with Kafka, is a major- advantage
• Experience with event-driven systems, distributed systems and/or data-systems is a major advantage Experience with Docker, K8S, Git, GitLab, is a major advantage
• Experience with Docker, K8S, Git, GitLab, is a major advantage
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Vertica, Apache Airflow, and Apache NiFi advantage
