Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an early-stage startup Senior Product Manager. This is a unique opportunity to take part in shaping our product from the ground up, driving strategy, execution, and user growth in a PLG (Product-Led Growth) environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution and optimization.
• Lead user research to deeply understand our customers and translate insights into product decisions.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and data analysts to define and deliver impactful features.
• Develop and execute a PLG-driven strategy to enhance adoption, retention, and engagement.
• Prioritize initiatives based on data, user feedback, and business impact.
• Define and track key product success metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
• Proven experience working on PLG (Product-Led Growth) products – a must!
• Hands-on experience in user research, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams.
• Experience in an early-stage startup – a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
