Position Overview:

We are searching for an assistant controller to our mother company in IL to support its business.

A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp the business, financial, and accounting concepts, exercise judgment, and provide on-time accurate financial and managerial reports.

A successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communications skills in English. and the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.

This position will be a strong resource for the global Finance Team. A successful candidate will be open to new challenges and want to work in a wide and forward-thinking business.

The position will be assisting with the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, as well as submitting statutory reports based on the regions’ requirements.

The position is located in Petah- Tikva.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages in accordance with US GAAP and other corporate requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Professional guidance to the bookkeeping team
• Work with external auditors and advisors on the preparation of the statutory financial statements
• Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies
• Ensure compliance with tax regulation, including preparation and filing of VAT returns, tax reports, and other local reports
• Handle multinational tax compliance and reporting
• Supporting SOX and internal control
• Assisting with implementing policies
• Work in coordination with cross-company functions
• Ad-hoc projects as needed
  
  

• 2+ years of experience as assistant controller in public tech company.
• Big 4 CPA internship graduate
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented
• Knowledge and experience in US-GAAP
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a growing business
• Excellent knowledge of Office applications
• Excellent English
• Strong systems orientation. NetSuite experience – an advantage
• Hands-on, problem solver, reliable, dedicated
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking and prioritizing
