We are looking for an experienced CRM Dynamics Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 On Prem to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong system analysis skills and experience in gathering requirements and creating detailed specifications.
🔑 Responsibilities:
- Conduct system analysis and gather requirements.
- Write functional/technical specifications.
- Prepare ERDs and optimize SQL queries.
- Work on web system analysis.
📋 Requirements:
- 2+ years experience with Dynamics 365 On Prem.
- 3+ years in system analysis.
- Proficient in SQL and ERDs.
- Advantage: Experience in insurance/financial institutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
