.NET Team Lead

A leading tech and cyber company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled .NET Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in C# programming, extensive experience in Angular or React, MSSQL, and .NET Core technologies, along with leadership capabilities. As a .NET Team Lead at Comda, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design scalable software solutions.

Develop, test, and maintain C# .NET applications using Angular or React frameworks.

Design and implement database schemas, queries, and stored procedures using MSSQL.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues to maintain optimal performance and reliability.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in C# .NET development.

At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.

Proficiency in Angular or React frameworks for building modern web applications.

Strong knowledge of MSSQL database design and development.

Experience with .NET Core for building scalable and high-performance applications.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
