Job Description:

A leading e-commerce company from Ra'anana is looking for a sharp, organized, and creative person for the position of Amazon Account Health and Regulation Manager! The role includes managing and monitoring our Amazon account health, resolving violations, and dealing with daily challenges to maintain account compliance and meet Amazon's regulatory requirements.

What Will You Do?

Monitor the health of our Amazon seller accounts and handle violations on an ongoing basis. Resolve product authenticity complaints through data analysis, document preparation, and invoice submission. Create creative solutions for complex problems and ensure smooth account operations. Work with international suppliers to secure appropriate and authentic documentation. Communicate with Amazon support team to find solutions and understand document rejection reasons.

Highly organized and structured - working with documents, data, and ongoing monitoring. Persistence and patience - solving problems on Amazon is sometimes a trial and error game. Quick learning ability - previous experience isn't mandatory, but rapid absorption of a new field is required.

Additional Requirements: High level of English - managing documents and interactions with Amazon in English.

Experience with documents, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) - advantage.

Previous background in e-commerce / Amazon / quality control / compliance processes - significant advantage.

Experience working with complex systems, analytical ability and systematic understanding - advantage.
