Systems Analyst

We are looking for a CRM Systems Analyst to join our team! If you're passionate about optimizing business processes and working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Analyze and improve CRM processes

🔹 Lead end-to-end tasks—from requirements gathering to production deployment

🔹 Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams

🔹 Define solutions and write functional and technical specifications

🔹 Provide ongoing support for production issues

Requirements:

✅ 2 years of experience in systems analysis – must

✅ experience with CRM systems analysis- advantage

✅ Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries – must

✅ Experience in writing technical design documents (Detail Design) – must

✅ Proven experience in defining interfaces for internal and external systems – must

✅ Familiarity with sales and service processes – advantage

✅ Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

✅ Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

🎓 Relevant degree – an advantage
