Analytics Manager

A leading financial organization is seeking an HR Analytics Manager to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize human resource processes. This role is responsible for analyzing HR data, developing performance metrics, and leveraging advanced forecasting models to enhance organizational efficiency. The position includes managing a team of analysts, implementing technological solutions for real-time data collection, and supporting strategic decision-making in HR management.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide real-time workforce insights.

Analyze HR performance data, including recruitment, turnover, productivity, attendance, and engagement metrics.

Develop and implement advanced forecasting models to identify workforce trends and optimize HR processes.

Lead and manage a team of analysts, fostering professional development and innovation.

Identify opportunities for process automation to improve operational efficiency.

Present data-driven insights to senior management to support strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements:

A relevant academic degree (Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields).

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably in HR analytics.

Experience managing an analytics team.

Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, and Excel.

Experience with Machine Learning models and dashboard development tools – an advantage.

Ability to work with large and complex data sets from multiple HR systems.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership.

Experience in leading cross-organizational projects and implementing innovative analytical solutions.
