Responsibilities And Impact

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Drive the development of complex user workflows using the latest generative AI technologies, enhancing automation and user experiences.
• Own the architecture, development, deployment, and testing of event-driven systems and backend services.
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring best practices in software engineering, system design, and scalability.
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and other stakeholders to define and execute the roadmap.
• Make critical, core system technical decisions that impact performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities to drive the team’s success.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience managing an R&D team
• 5+ years of experience in complex Backend systems
• Strong background in DB architecture, SQL, and data/event pipelines.
• Familiarity with the full life cycle of software development, from design, and implementation to testing and deployment
• High standards for code quality and a constructive attitude to help others raise the bar.
  
  

• Experience in generative AI, and an ability to leverage these tools to automate complex processes and workflows.
• Experience development SaaS microservices on a cloud based environment.
• Experience with Python
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with event/streaming platforms such as Kafka.
• Experience with Docker and K8s
• Prior knowledge in fintech technology space
