Union Motors Toyota is seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
• Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
