A fast-growing real estate investments company operating across multiple US markets, headquartered in Tel Aviv. This team spearheads cutting-edge AI solutions, agentic frameworks, voice automation, and semi-autonomous decision-making to transform the real estate landscape. The company developed a robust design and POC function and now seek an LLM Software Engineer to turn those prototypes into production-grade solutions at scale.

As an LLM Software Engineer, you will implement, deploy, and optimize AI-driven systems that the Senior AI Process Engineer has conceptualized and validated. You'll focus on integrating large language models and agentic frameworks, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance within real estate workflows. This role demands a hands-on engineering approach, proficiency in ML/AI ops, and a collaborative spirit to coordinate with both technical teams and business stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2+ years working directly with ML/AI and LLMs in production environments.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and ML Ops practices; experience with agentic or multi-agent systems is a plus.

DevOps & Deployment: Skilled in CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Real Estate Domain (Preferred): Familiarity with real estate investment processes or financial transactions is beneficial but not mandatory.

Communication & Teamwork: Comfortable collaborating across teams, translating complex technical details into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Adaptable & Results-Oriented: Ability to iterate quickly, troubleshoot complex AI/agent issues, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
