About us

Walmart Global Tech’s presence in Israel has grown over the past few years with 3 acquisitions to date, all develop using industry leading technologies.

We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and resolve critical business issues.
Partner with senior leaders to define program goals, success criteria, risks, and known issues.
Develop communication strategies, educate stakeholders, and ensure understanding of program requirements.
Drive the execution of business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs.
Remove obstacles, provide resources, and measure progress to adjust performance and meet goals.
Oversee process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Supervise and develop associates by mentoring, setting performance expectations, and fostering a team-oriented environment.
Evaluate program performance through KPIs, ROI analysis, and stakeholder feedback; recommend adjustments as needed.
Support company policies, ensure compliance, and promote ethical standards.
Use data analysis to drive decision-making, reduce costs, and align initiatives with business goals.
Ensure business needs are met by evaluating program effectiveness and applying feedback for continuous improvement.
Participate in community outreach events and support overall business efficiency.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Technology, or similar) or any other relevant course.
3-5 years of experience managing complex programs or projects.
Proven experience working with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and align them with business goals.
Strong skills in process improvement, data analysis, and KPI tracking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
