About the Role:

As an Electrical Engineer at Rafael, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of cutting-edge electronic circuits, from concept to production. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Comprehensive Circuit Design:

• Gathering requirements and understanding system specifications
• Evaluating design alternatives and conducting simulations
• Performing calculations and concept validation in the lab
• Creating detailed schematics and overseeing PCB fabrication
• Conducting thorough circuit testing and ensuring seamless integration with the overall system
• Technical Documentation:
• Preparing comprehensive design documentation and reports as required

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Maintaining effective collaboration with both technical and cross-functional team members
• Demonstrating strong leadership skills in guiding and motivating matrixed team members
• Ensuring timely project completion while adhering to the highest quality standards

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Advanced degrees a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in circuit design
• Proven experience in leading design projects
• Experience in designing high-power and high-voltage circuits a plus
