About the Role:
As an Electrical Engineer at Rafael, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of cutting-edge electronic circuits, from concept to production. Your responsibilities will encompass:
Comprehensive Circuit Design:
- Gathering requirements and understanding system specifications
- Evaluating design alternatives and conducting simulations
- Performing calculations and concept validation in the lab
- Creating detailed schematics and overseeing PCB fabrication
- Conducting thorough circuit testing and ensuring seamless integration with the overall system
- Technical Documentation:
- Preparing comprehensive design documentation and reports as required
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Maintaining effective collaboration with both technical and cross-functional team members
- Demonstrating strong leadership skills in guiding and motivating matrixed team members
- Ensuring timely project completion while adhering to the highest quality standards
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Advanced degrees a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in circuit design
- Proven experience in leading design projects
- Experience in designing high-power and high-voltage circuits a plus
