The role:
We are looking for an exceptional Implementation Engineer to join our Customer Success team.
The ideal candidate will be an innovative problem solver with a passion for learning, technically proficient, and an excellent communicator who is driven by helping customers succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an Orcanos technical expert
- Scope, analyze, and lead E2E implementation projects
- Support ongoing customers’ technical requirements
- Act as the customer’s primary point of contact during the onboarding phase
- Train customers to proficiently use Orcanos, including hands-on and remote sessions
- Build strong relationships with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analyze and improve internal implementation methodologies
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, and Partners to provide a clear voice of the customer (VOC)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Bio Engineering/Engineering, Information Technology, etc.) or comparable, equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in implementation management, consulting, or technical project management
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams at all levels, from individual contributors to C-suite executives
- Demonstrated ability to translate client requirements into tailored solutions, with a focus on delivering value-added services and exceeding client expectations
- Technical proficiency in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Quality Management System (QMS) - Big advantage
