About the Role:

As a key player in our financial leadership team, you’ll drive strategic processes and manage the finance department as a center of business expertise. This includes building and enhancing business processes, managing a professional team, and collaborating with all divisions across the company to ensure business and financial alignment.

What will you be doing?

• Develop new workflows that support business growth and enhance efficiency.
• Guide, develop, and lead a high-performing financial team to achieve goals.
• Work closely with all company divisions to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
• Prepare consolidated quarterly financial statements under IFRS, tax reconciliation reports, and cash flow statements for a group of companies.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to generate actionable insights for senior management decision-making.
• Supervise and enhance internal and external audit processes.

• Previous managerial experience – a must.

• Full proficiency in IFRS standards and experience in preparing complex financial statements.
• Analytical and pragmatic approach: Derive actionable business conclusions from data analyses.
• Experience working with diverse interfaces and leading cross-organizational processes.
