Financial Controller

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Controller to join our growing team!

In this key role, you’ll oversee critical financial operations, including monthly closings, quarterly reports, and tax compliance for our Israeli, US and UK subsidiaries. You will be at the heart of our financial strategy, supporting both local and international teams, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the monthly financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Prepare detailed quarterly financial reports to provide clear insights to senior management.
3. Oversee the group's general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
4. Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate seamless audits and reviews.
5. Manage and ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements for both the Israeli, US and UK subsidiaries.
6. Review and approve vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
7. Lead budget planning and monitor budget vs. actual performance, providing key insights for business decisions.
8. Provide support to the US and UK subsidiary team, including payroll management, expense tracking, and operational guidance.
9. Document and strengthen internal controls to ensure consistent financial integrity.
10. Collaborate daily with local and international teams to support finance operations and ensure alignment across the business.
11. Assist with ad-hoc financial tasks as needed to support the organization’s evolving needs.

Job Requirements:

1. 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a Controller in a fast-paced hi-tech environment (experience with inventory is a plus!)
2. CPA qualification from a Big 4 accounting firm, with expertise in hi-tech audits
3. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with US and UK GAAP
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to streamline financial reporting and analysis
5. Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a significant advantage)
6. Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and a knack for solving complex problems
8. A team player attitude and quick learner are a must
9. Willingness to work additional hours
10. Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines
11. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive independently
