What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blockchain Tech Lead to act as a subject matter expert in the fields of crypto, blockchain architecture, and security protocols. In this role, you will lead the design and development of secure, scalable blockchain-based solutions and work with top-tier experts in the field.

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of blockchain-based applications and infrastructure.
• Research, analyze, and implement various blockchain consensus mechanisms and protocols (e.g., Bitcoin, Solana, Ethereum).
• Develop and enhance cryptographic security solutions, including asymmetric encryption, digital signatures, and hash functions.
• Work with secure wallets and Zero Knowledge Proof-based protocols to ensure high-end security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain and cryptographic components into enterprise-grade solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, anticipate emerging threats, and explore innovative security techniques in the blockchain space.

What You Bring:

·       Deep expertise in blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized protocols.

·       Strong understanding of cryptographic techniques, including asymmetric encryption, digital signatures, and hashing algorithms.

·       Hands-on experience with secure wallet development and Zero Knowledge Proof-based protocols.

·       Proficiency in C# or Python for blockchain development.

·       Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, serving as a subject matter expert in blockchain security.

·       Eligibility for security clearance (willingness to undergo the process).
