Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Associate Attorney to join our Investment Fund team in our offices in Ramat Gan, who will work closely with the top Israeli lawyers in the field. The role involves supporting the firm and its partners in providing ongoing legal advice and support to general partners and fund sponsors throughout the lifespan of their investment funds. In addition, associates are expected to take part in the complex drafting of fund documents (mainly in English), conducting research, participating in negotiation and strategy meetings and calls with clients and investors, and handling ongoing corporate law matters.

Qualifications

• Excellent English and drafting skills
• 0-3 years of experience in a law firm or legal department. Corporate or investment fund experience is a plus
• Curious, passionate, and eager to learn
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• A license to practice law in Israel
• Law degree from an accredited institution
