About the Role

We are looking for a forward-thinking Data Scientist with a passion for Generative AI (GenAI) and emerging AI technologies. This role is ideal for those who thrive in rapid prototyping, proof-of-concept (PoC) development, and iterative experimentation. You will work across multiple projects, transforming innovative ideas into practical AI solutions while engaging with clients for feedback and improvement.

Responsibilities:

Generative AI Innovation & Research

• Design and develop PoCs using cutting-edge AI techniques.
• Explore and integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, reinforcement learning, and agent-based AI.
• Research and apply the latest AI methodologies for real-world business applications.

Prototyping & Practical Implementation

• Work cross-functionally to translate AI research into tangible prototypes.
• Balance innovation with real-world scalability and feasibility.
• Ensure models are efficient, adaptable, and production-ready.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Present PoCs to clients and iterate based on feedback.
• Educate internal teams on emerging AI trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in Data Science, ML, or AI research.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI applications.
• RAG expertise (retrieval-augmented generation) for AI enhancement.
• Strong proficiency in Python (PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Ability to interpret academic research and apply it in real-world settings.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with agent-based AI and multimodal solutions.
• Background in developing scalable AI-driven applications.
