Real Estate Marketing Manager (Offices)

A well-established and leading real estate company specializing in income-producing properties is looking for an experienced Real Estate Marketing Manager with a strong background in office space marketing and leasing. We seek a professional with an active network of brokers and real estate professionals, capable of attracting high-quality tenants, with a focus on corporations and large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the marketing and leasing strategy for the company’s office properties.
• Expanding and maintaining relationships with brokers, property managers, and key industry contacts.
• Negotiating and closing leasing deals with corporations and large organizations.
• Ensuring high occupancy rates and maximizing property value.
• Conducting property tours and guiding potential tenants through the leasing process.
• Utilizing CRM and BI systems for client management, data analysis, and decision-making.
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants and ensuring long-term business collaborations.

Location: Company offices in Ramat Gan, with travel to property sites as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of income-producing real estate, with a focus on office spaces – a must.
• Active network of brokers and real estate professionals – a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in CRM and BI systems – mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field – mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.
• Initiative, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently.
