Electrical and Control Engineering Technician

RoboGroup-Intelitek, an international company leading technological learning solutions for engineering, robotics, and manufacturing studies. We are looking for an Electrical and Control Engineer/Practical Engineer to join our engineering team.

The role includes optimization of production processes, improving efficiency, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

·        Responsibility for the development of the electrical and control field in the company

·        Analysis of manufacturing processes and leading improvements

·        Collaboration with product, quality assurance, and supply chain teams

·        Conducting experiments to test new processes, materials, and equipment

·        Monitoring production performance and quality metrics

·        Responsibility for documentation/work instructions/procedures

·        Troubleshooting electrical and control issues and providing technical assistance to the team

·         Analyzing problems and failures and implementing corrective actions in real time

Requirements:

·        Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Control Technology

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in a multidisciplinary manufacturing industry

·        Experience in electronics and electrical systems

·        Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools

·        Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma or similar methodologies – Advantageous

·        Experience in educational systems – Significant advantage
