Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a student who is currently pursuing a degree in accounting or finance and wants to gain practical experience in a real estate investment firm. As an Assistant Controller – Student Position, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting our financial operations while gaining exposure to real estate investment processes. This part-time position is based in Tel Aviv, near the Hashalom train station, with flexible hours to accommodate your studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Help develop and implement financial policies and procedures for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with external auditors and other financial stakeholders.
• Communicate with partners and vendors locally and internationally to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a BA in Accounting (minimum first-year studies completed) – Mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of studies remaining.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
