A brain research laboratory, specializing in brain imaging with high-field MRI, is seeking an Algorithm Developer. The role includes: Development of brain imaging technologies using high-field MRI. Development of algorithms and methods for human scanning using the MRI machine (unique in Israel). Analysis of dynamic and structural brain scan measurements. Development of advanced algorithms for image analysis and multi-dimensional data. Development of methods and implementation of tools for detecting and correcting motion and physiological changes using high-resolution MRI auxiliary systems. The position is multi-disciplinary in nature and requires independent thinking and the ability to handle new challenges from various fields.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or PhD in a scientific/engineering field: Computer Science/Engineering/Physics (mandatory)
• Previous programming experience in one of the following languages: C++, Python, Matlab (mandatory)
• Experience in Machine Learning/Deep Learning (advantage)
• Experience with Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) - significant advantage
