Software Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced Software Team Leader with strong technological and leadership skills to join our dynamic R&D department. If you’re passionate about hands-on development, leading high-performing teams, and tackling exciting technical challenges – this opportunity is for you!
What Will You Do?
- Lead a team of developers through the entire product lifecycle: architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Hands-on development of complex features
- Provide professional mentorship and foster the growth of team members
- Collaborate closely with product managers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in C# development (.NET Core)
- 3+ years of experience in managing software development teams
- Strong background in system architecture, problem-solving, and end-to-end project delivery
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex stored procedures
