Solutions Engineer – Data Infrastructure

As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical and business teams. You will work closely with sales to understand customer requirements, support the implementation of the platform, and collaborate with backend and data science teams to refine and optimize solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

• Identify customer challenges and design tailored data solutions
• Assist the sales team in structuring proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for potential clients
• Guide customers through onboarding and platform adoption
• Customize and enhance data pipelines and LLMs to meet customer needs
• Collaborate with backend and data science teams to improve platform capabilities based on real-world usage
• Develop PoCs and prototypes showcasing the platform’s strengths
• Create technical documentation, playbooks, and best practices to support customers
• Gather customer insights to shape future product development

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Technical Consultant
• Hands-on experience with data engineering tools and technologies
• Strong background in data analytics and BI
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform)
• Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and machine learning concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• High-level proficiency in English, including strong verbal and written communication

• Experience working with LLMs
• Background in data-intensive environments and handling diverse data types
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
