As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our strategic hiring efforts, ensuring that we identify and engage the best talent in the fintech industry. You will:
- Own and execute sourcing strategies across multiple platforms, leveraging AI-driven recruitment tools, databases, and social media networks.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop innovative sourcing pipelines to attract both active and passive candidates from global markets.
- Build and nurture a high-quality talent pool, ensuring an ongoing flow of top-tier candidates.
- Optimize and improve sourcing techniques using data-driven insights, identifying bottlenecks and enhancing efficiency.
- Be the go-to expert on sourcing strategies, expanding beyond sourcing into full-cycle recruitment as part of your professional growth.
- Champion an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment process.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of hands-on sourcing experience in a tech company or agency, with a focus on finding top talent in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
- Proven ability to source high-caliber candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and social platforms.
- Passion for sourcing—you enjoy the hunt, love uncovering hidden talent, and thrive in a research-driven environment.
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and recruitment teams to craft sourcing strategies and ideal candidate profiles.
- Data-driven approach to sourcing—leveraging metrics to track outreach effectiveness and optimize engagement.
- Fluent English proficiency—you’ll be engaging with global talent across multiple regions.
- Experience with ATS platforms and candidate management systems (Comeet, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to engage candidates and create compelling outreach.
