Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Hi Auto's growth objectives, driving both short-term results and long-term brand development.
• Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales to create persuasive collateral—including website, datasheets, white papers, and case studies—that align with brand identity and resonate with prospects.
• Digital Marketing & Outreach: Lead digital campaigns to generate awareness, educate the market on Voice AI benefits, and drive engagement.
• Market Analysis & Positioning: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to refine messaging, strengthen go-to-market strategies, and shape compelling content.
• Public Relations & Communications: Elevate Hi Auto's market presence through targeted PR campaigns, media engagement, and strategic speaking opportunities, leveraging agency partnerships.
• Trade Show Management: Plan and manage Hi Auto's presence at industry trade shows, ensuring impactful participation from negotiation to execution.
• Partner Marketing: Support channel partners through comprehensive sales kits and co-marketing initiatives that foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure product launches and roadmaps are informed by market feedback and aligned with company goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing management, with a strong track record in B2B marketing within the U.S. technology sector.
• Preferred Experience: Background in hospitality or retail, particularly with franchisors and franchisees, is a plus.
• Strategic & Tactical Balance: Ability to conceptualize high-level strategies while executing detailed, results-driven marketing initiatives.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a native or near-native proficiency in English.
• Creativity & Initiative: Innovative thinker who is self-motivated and passionate about storytelling through marketing.
