UTK Product Manager

HP Indigo Service Parts Operation is looking for a UTK (Up Time Kit) Product manager throughout its entire lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UTK Product- strategic and operative
• Creating UTK content based on different data points, designing UTK that delivers target customer service level via tight cooperation with HP regional service teams;
• Developing automated tools and BI solutions to support UTK management and deployment in the field
• Defining content and overseeing change management processes.
• Managing internal and external communications
• Implementing modifications with suppliers and ensuring seamless service/customer-facing updates.
• Leading automation tools development and deployment
• Conducting data analysis to drive continuous improvement
  
  

• B.Sc. / Master. in Industrial engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• At least 5 years of experience in a product management role or 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Knowledge of procurement processes and expertise in configuration management.
• Expertise in data visualization tools and reporting systems ( Tableau, Power BI)
• Language & Communication: Excellent proficiency in English – verbal & written
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python or similar programming languages- advantage
• Time Management: Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
