We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketplaces Expert to manage and grow our presence on major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Nordstrom ,Saks , and others. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, listing optimization, advertising strategies, and inventory management to drive sales and maximize profitability.

• Manage product listings across all marketplaces, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
• Optimize product visibility through keyword research, SEO strategies, and compelling content creation.
• Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics (e.g., sales, click-through rates, and customer reviews).

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns on marketplaces to drive traffic and conversions.
• Optimize marketplace ads for cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies, such as discounts and deals, to boost sales.

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure positive ratings and reviews.

• Ensure accurate inventory levels across all marketplaces to prevent overselling or stockouts.
• Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
• Analyze sales data to forecast demand and manage restocking.

• Stay up-to-date on marketplace policies and ensure all listings comply with regulations.
• Handle account health and resolve any disputes, warnings, or compliance issues.

• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align marketplace strategies with overall business goals.
• Provide regular updates and insights on marketplace performance to stakeholders.

• Proven experience managing marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, or others.
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and advertising platforms.
• Experience with marketplace tools such as Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights for performance improvement.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with marketplace automation tools (e.g., ChannelAdvisor, Feedonomics).
• Knowledge of international marketplaces and global expansion strategies.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify for integrations.
