Full Stack Engineer

A global startup in the Legal Tech sector is developing a B2C platform that has established an online law firm, enabling consumers across the U.S. to access legal assistance more easily.

Many people in the U.S. lack access to legal support due to payment structures (such as hourly attorney fees and uncertainty about costs) or geographic constraints. Through this online firm, they help individuals during critical moments in their lives.

Operating at a very high scale as a B2C company with a large base of existing and paying customers, the company faces significant production challenges, writes code from scratch, and develops an innovative product that functions at scale.

Located in Tel Aviv, near a train line (30 in R&D), the company operates in a hybrid work model with one work-from-home day. It has 300 employees globally, including 80 in Israel.

Founded in 2020 by two highly experienced founders, the company has raised over $250 million to date.

About the role-

• Be a part of the vertical team of highly talented developers in a CI/CD environment using cutting edge technologies.
• Deliver high-quality code, using best practices, that can scale and adapt to growing business needs.
• Own your domain, troubleshoot, monitor and solve issues (you build it, you own it).
• Lead design and implementation of the complex systems.
• Constantly learn new technologies and methods and empower other team members.
• Contribute to the backend guild by working on our cross platform infra projects and mentor others.
• Mentor other team members to elevate your team’s skills.
• Collaborate with the design and product team to develop interfaces using React.

Reiqrements-

• 5 years of professional backend development.
• 3 years of experience in developing frontend web applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Experience in at least one of the following server-side programming languages: Node, Python or similar.
• Experienced with modern JavaScript, web APIs, CSS, and accessibility.
• Experience creating backend systems that scale by leveraging SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Typescript, GraphQL, Next.js - advantage
