Senior C++ Engineer (JavaScript & AJAX Focus) Contract - 6 Months

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop structured reasoning tasks based on programming challenges to train LLMs (Large Language Models).
• Create datasets that assess and enhance an LLM’s ability to solve complex, multi-step problems with well-articulated explanations.
• Work collaboratively with researchers and engineers to ensure task objectives align with model training goals.
• Incorporate feedback to iterate and refine task designs based on model performance.
• Ensure consistency and clarity in task descriptions, adhering to high-quality standards.
  
  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, particularly with C++/C programming.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into systematic steps.
• Proficiency in English and strong written communication skills for creating clear and logical explanations.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail in designing programming and reasoning tasks.
• A profile on platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, or GitHub showcasing advanced problem-solving abilities is a plus.
