Information Systems Implementation Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Analyzing client requirements based on business-process needs, and comparing them with the capabilities of the relevant system, defining necessary adjustments or additions.
• Writing requirement definition documents and specifications according to project/system procedures, writing test documents, performing handover tests, and writing migration documents, as well as participating in migration processes.
• Providing second or third-level support for user inquiries/issues.
• Learning and presenting unique workflows for the project.
• Full partnership in work teams for the analysis and implementation of processes in the project.
• Leading the system customization process.
• Supporting focus groups of business users, managing the implementation process, and training users.
• Assessing the compatibility of existing products and systems with client requirements.

Education and Qualifications for the Role

• Academic degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution, or technician/engineer/graduated from a technological military unit (e.g. Mamram) in the field of system analysis, or relevant professional training from courses.
• Experience working in an SAP environment.
• Experience working with development teams/programmers.
• Experience working according to specification procedures (e.g. Miftach procedure).
• Experience working with clients defining requirements.
• Experience working in large organizations.
• SAP experience and training in areas relevant to the project.
• Experience as a business lead defining client requirements.

Level A - Beginner

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a client requirements analyst.
