Content Creator & SEO Expert

Windward, the leading Maritime AI™ company, is seeking a creative and diligent content creator & SEO expert to join our growing marketing team in Tel Aviv (hybrid). This role is ideal for a candidate who is a strong writer and editor for evergreen SEO content, possesses deep SEO expertise, and is adept at creating email and nurture campaigns.

S/he will help us expand our digital reach, generate leads, and strengthen the brand. With generative AI rapidly changing the content and SEO landscapes, the successful candidate will quickly learn new technologies and leverage them to help Windward grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content creation: write and optimize engaging, evergreen SEO content, including glossary entries and video scripts, as well as digital email campaigns, and landing and web pages
• SEO optimization: independently manage Windward’s SEO efforts, in conjunction with an agency, by creating innovative strategies and then executing them to enhance Windward’s online presence, increase organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings
• Marketing operations support: assist with marketing operations tasks related to content management and campaign execution, such as managing processes and helping maintain the content calendar
• Performance analysis: help monitor, analyze, and report on content performance using SEO and digital analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed
• Thought leadership: support in developing thought leadership pieces

Requirements:

• Native English speakers only
• 2-4 years of experience in content creation and SEO in a B2B tech environment
• Deep mastery of SEO, including keyword research, and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, and Ahrefs
• Impressive writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling content tailored to different audiences
• Experience with digital email campaigns and micro-page development
• Ability to collaborate closely with the Design and Digital Teams
• Basic understanding of marketing operations and a willingness to provide operations support to the content team
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
