System validation integrator

IRP is developing the next generation of e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market. We are seeking an experienced, talented System validation integrator to join us. This is a unique opportunity to work with leading automotive players and lead e-powertrain development projects with a top multidisciplinary team.

You’ll be responsible for the following:

• Install and configure integrated systems according to specifications and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate hardware and software components effectively.
• Hands-on assembly of prototypes including troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Be a tool owner for testbenches and validation equipment
• Conduct system tests and performance evaluations to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Document installation procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  
  

• At least 7 years of proven experience as a Technician Integrator or similar role, in a technology-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with multidisciplinary system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with understanding electrical schematics and perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Hands on capabilities (assembly, wiring, bring up etc.)
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
