Economist

A growing and leading non-banking credit fund in the real estate financing sector is looking for an Economist to join the professional team.

The role includes financial analysis, credit management processes, and close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to support financing decisions.

Responsibilities:

Financial analysis and credit support – Collecting and analyzing financial reports, balance sheets, bank statements, and other financial data to make credit decisions.

Credit renewal processes – Working closely with relationship managers, gathering financial data, and presenting recommendations.

Direct client communication – Receiving documents, clarifying financial requirements, and creating a comprehensive picture of the business’s status.

Working with information systems and Excel – Analyzing data, generating reports, and tracking financial trends.

Ongoing monitoring of client portfolios – Identifying risks, spotting opportunities, and alerting to irregularities.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant financial field.

At least one year of experience in credit, economics, or managing financial client portfolios.

Ability to read and analyze balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and banking data.

High proficiency in Excel and financial information systems.

Ability to work independently and in a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
