Product Specialist

Maytronics is a global company, a world leader in the pool cleaner’s industry.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our product team. In this role, you will assist in product testing, benchmarking and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product acceptance test from the customers' perspective.
• Build product acceptance tests roadmaps and workplans.
• Create test scenarios and summarize result.
• Analyze customer feedback and field performance data.
• Present test results and recommendations to different stakeholders.
• Collaborate with QA & QC teams.
• Support the team's Beta & Roadshow tests.
• Assist with market research.
  
  

• 1-3 years of experience with multidisciplinary products.
• Experience with IoT technology – an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and user needs.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or software systems (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity.
  
  

• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to independently create a working schedule and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits field tests.
• Passion for technology and innovative solutions.
