Your Role & Responsibilities

• Create Engaging Job Postings: Write compelling job descriptions and advertise openings on top platforms.
• Sourcing Talent: Use various recruitment channels like social media and job boards to attract the best candidates.
• Screen & Interview Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and identify top candidates for hiring managers.
• Offer Preparation: Assist in preparing and sending job offers to successful candidates.
• Smooth Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our recruitment team to align hiring strategies and meet goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (at least C1).
• Ownership of tasks, with a passion for meeting deadlines and achieving results.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively in remote team settings.
• Interest in recruitment, with previous experience or studies related to HR or recruitment (a big plus!).
• Capable for contributing creative ideas to enhance processes and outcomes.
