Finance Operations Specialist

Our Finance Operations team is looking for a Finance Operations Specialist. This role involves various financial tasks, customer billing support, requiring meticulous attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to drive process improvements within the finance operations domain.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities related to the account payable function
• Engaging and supporting other departments on financial and accounting matters
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance finance operations processes. Implement best practices to increase efficiency, accuracy, effectiveness, and process improvement opportunities. Advocate for automation where appropriate to support scalability.
• Support systems integration within SF & Internal billing system.
• Implementing periodic reports, such as department expenses and income
• reports, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Solving operations and finance issues for vendors and customers, manage and monitor customer’s billing and issue reports accordingly.
• Collaborate with our Data Analysts and Sales Operations team on our monthly billing cycle.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role in a finance field .
• Excellent time-management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High level of English – oral and verbal
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical, accurate way of working with attention to detail.
• Independent, enthusiastic team player who maintains constructive relationships.
• A strong desire for continuous development and personal growth
