Embedded Software Team Lead

A Leading Semiconductor Company is seeking a Team Lead to drive the development of cutting-edge Edge AI NPU solutions. This role involves leading a team in optimizing AI acceleration for embedded systems, collaborating with hardware teams, and ensuring high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of Embedded AI & NPU software in C/C++ & Python.
• Optimize AI workloads on PC and DSP platforms.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to debug and enhance performance.
• Ensure scalability using unit tests and profiling tools.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in Embedded Software (C/C++ & Python).
• 2+ years of team leadership experience in AI/Embedded development.
• Experience with AI accelerators, NPUs, DSP, and real-time systems.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX).
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
