Talent Acquisition Specialist

We at Decathlon are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity Leave Replacement) to cover a maternity leave and lead our recruitment efforts!

Role Description:

• Supporting recruitment processes at the company's headquarters: defining needs and candidate profiles, guiding hiring managers, and ensuring a top-notch candidate experience.
• Assisting in building a localized recruitment strategy.
• Developing an integration program for new employees.
• Expanding sourcing channels and partnerships (recruitment events, employee referral programs, NGOs, diversity hiring, recruitment agencies, etc.).
• Leading the internship program for students and promoting it among hiring managers.
• Creating and executing candidate experience surveys, analyzing data, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Conducting quarterly exit interviews with departing employees.

Qualifications

• Passion for sports – a big advantage!
• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills – a must.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree – an advantage.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) – a must.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and dynamically.
• Creativity in sourcing and recruitment solutions.
