About the role:

We offer you an opportunity to lead business processes for product development in the new payments world, within the organization and business partners.

Role Description:

• Full responsibility for product and service development processes in the advanced payments world, from inception to launch.
• Analysis, needs specification, roadmap construction, KPIs, and Gantt chart creation.
• Leading discussions with existing and new business partners to strengthen and build business collaborations based on new products.
• Competitive environment analysis, trends locally and globally, and benchmarking against leading international products.

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor's degree.
• Minimum one year of experience in product management/project management.
• Experience working with business partners.
• Experience working in large organizations and leading cross-organizational processes - an advantage.
• Experience in financial domains (payments, credit) - an advantage.
• Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and high motivation.
• Managing multiple tasks using structured work plans.
• Logical analysis skills of processes and complex problems.
• Proficiency in working with Excel and creating presentations.
