Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role located in Herzliya. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, conducting interviews, and recruiting activities to attract top talent to Optimind.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in full-life Cycle recruiting and hiring process
• Employer Branding expertise
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in Hebrew and English
• Recruiting strategies
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Drive the recruitment process, owning the entire lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Master our value proposition and effectively communicate it to potential candidates.
• Define and execute talent acquisition strategies, creating plans that attract top talent.
• Continuously improve and refine our recruitment process to optimize hiring efficiency.
