Sustainable Building Performance Consultant

We are looking for a Building Performance Consultant to drive operational efficiency through comprehensive project management and technical expertise. You will analyze energy data across building systems, assess the impact of passive design, and lead sustainability initiatives that reduce energy consumption and resource utilization. By leveraging advanced problem-solving, systems analysis, data analysis, and communication skills, you will develop strategic approaches to enhance facility performance and sustainability across large-scale projects.

We’re currently working on cutting edge projects aiming for the highest level of sustainability in more than 10 countries in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Definition & Responsibilities

•      Project co-ordination and international standard certification management (eg. LEED)

•      Perform building operations analyses, including calculations using modeling software, spreadsheets, and utility calculation tools.

•      Site visits and onsite data collection.

•      Create documentation for client reports.

Requirements:

•      BSc in Engineering (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical or Environmental), Architecture or equivalent work experience – Must.

•      English & Hebrew - Must

•      Hands-on experience in project management - Advantage

•      Proven experience working with CAD software- Revit, Rhino, IES and Autocad – Advantage.

•      Basic understanding in energy management, HVAC commissioning, data analysis – advantage.

•      Ability to explain complex concepts quickly and concisely to a variety of stakeholders.

•      Good communication skills: writing, speaking, and listening.

•      Outstanding time management skills. Ability to manage and prioritize a large variety of tasks.

•      Interest and passion for building science, sustainability, and energy efficient buildings.
